The work
Pain, injury and fatigue rarely have a single cause: they reflect how your body, your mind and the demands of your life interact, so I don’t treat them in isolation.
Chinese medicine identifies the pattern; clinical movement, Iyengar yoga and meditation work on it through breath, load and precise attention rather than willpower.
Because one practitioner holds all of these disciplines, each part informs the others. Each session starts from your own life and work, whether that’s rehearsal, training or leading a team, and connects the practice to what you already do. Practice lasts when you can see where it fits, and over time it teaches you to read your own body.
Injury and Pain Recovery
For an injury that won’t resolve or pain that keeps returning. Chinese medicine reads and treats the pattern; therapeutic yoga and clinical movement retrain it.
Performance and Longevity
For bodies that need to hold up over decades, not seasons. The work starts with perception, not effort: before load is added, you learn to feel where you’re restricted or compensating, so strength is built on a sound structure, not on top of a compromised one.
Practice
For those who want a practice of their own. Iyengar yoga, Pilates-based movement and meditation, taught one-to-one or on retreat, to build attention you can carry into the rest of your life. Retreat dates are in development. Register your interest to hear first.
